Wow where has the time gone?

The following saying totally describes our life, "Time flies when you're having fun." Who can believe that we have been married almost 3 years. It has been the best years of our lives. We have had a lot of great moments during those years. I graduated from UVU in May 2009. I have completed an internship teaching 5th grade at Park Elementary, which was absolutely wonderful. I am currently teaching 6th grade at Cedar Ridge Elementary. Shawn is going to school full-time and is planning on graduating in December 2010 in Exercise Science. He is still working with the BYU football team which he loves. I considered him my TV star since you can always find him during the games. After he graduates, he will apply for PA school. We hope that we can stay around here but wherever we go, it will be the best for us.
Just over a year ago, we moved into a house. It is a cute little house that is just perfect for us. With us moving into a house, we were able to get a little puppy, Patches. He is just about a year and a half old. He is very fun and has a lot of energy. He is so excited that he gets to be a big brother. Yes we are expecting a little one. I am just over 16 weeks and we found out that we are having a little girl, Emma. We are so excited to start our family. Shawn will be such a great dad and I'm sure that he will spoil his little girl. Patches is also excited to have new friends. For Valentine's Day, I gave Shawn a fish tank. He has wanted one forever. Both Shawn and Patches love to sit there and watch as the fish swim around and the frogs do laps.
Last summer we had some great fun. We were able to go on a cruise to Jamaica and the Cayman Islands. It was so awesome. We also were able to grow our own garden. We are still enjoying the vegetables that we grew all summer. We can't wait for the spring so that we can start planting again. We were able to go to the Manti temple with my parents. It was cool because it was the first time either of us had been there. What a great experience.

Since our honeymoon our 1st true vacation that we were able to spend together on was our trip to the Las Vegas Bowl game in December. We are able to go down with the team and stay the week in preparation for the game. We stayed at the Planet Hollywood resort right on the strip across the street from the Belagio. We had a blast being able to go to some shows; Stomp and KA which is a cirque du soleil show at the MGM Grand, one of the most amazing shows ever.
Kris and I (Shawn Hill) were sealed together for time and all eternity in the Mount Timpanogos LDS Temple on May 11th, 2007. It was one of the most amazing experiences of our lives to be in the sealing room together with all of the people that we love so much, and in a place that we love so much. Since our wedding we were able to go on our honey moon together to Orlando, FL for a week and just spend some time together alone. We went to a couple of theme parks while we were there and had a blast.
